Elbroco International Security Company Ltd was registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2013 with a share capital of Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000).
The company was established with a Ten Million Naira (N10M) take-off grant from the Federal Government of Nigeria under the Federal Government / World Bank Entrepreneurship and Value Creation Programme.
This foundation represented a strong vote of confidence in Elbroco’s vision to contribute to the professionalization of private security services in Nigeria.

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT / WORLD BANK PROGRAMMEWhat started as a guard service in Abuja has progressively evolved into a broader protection and crisis management organization with experience in community-based security, humanitarian environments, risk advisory and regional operations.
Elbroco began its journey in Abuja with a focus on professional corporate guard services and asset protection. The company was licensed by NSCDC under the Private Guard Companies Act, establishing the regulatory and operational foundation for its security activities.
Elbroco was appointed Security Advisor and Lead Consultant to Kalthum Foundation for Peace (KFP), a peacebuilding organization operating across Borno, Adamawa and Yobe States. This long-term relationship significantly expanded Elbroco’s experience in complex and conflict-affected environments.
Through this partnership, Elbroco developed practical experience in humanitarian staff duty of care, security risk assessment, threat analysis, conflict sensitivity, de-escalation and civil-military liaison.
The experience created a strong understanding of community-based protection, Protection of Civilians (PoC), and the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus.
In 2024, Elbroco entered into a Strategic Partnership with Hawkwood Foundation, USA as Regional Implementing Partner for West and Central Africa.
This partnership marked a significant stage in the company’s evolution, expanding its operational reach beyond Nigeria and creating opportunities to support security, humanitarian access and crisis management operations across the region.
